Welcome to GOBI Racks USA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gobiracks.com, including all purchases, services, and interactions.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use this website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter a binding contract
  • The information provided is accurate and complete

Products, Orders & Customization

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and photos.
However, minor variations may occur due to product improvements or updates.

Order Acceptance

Your order is officially accepted when:

  1. Payment is received
  2. You receive an order confirmation
  3. The order enters our production workflow

We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:
fraud detection, pricing inaccuracies, or unavailable inventory.

Customization

GOBI Racks are customized based on your selections when you place your order.
Because of this, orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. If a change is required for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact a GOBI representative at 720-479-9372. If and when changes need to be made, it is critical to contact a GOBI representative as soon as possible to ensure accuracy of the product before shipment.

Pricing & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Affirm
  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Digital Currency / Cryptocurrency (when available)

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
GOBI Racks does not store payment information, crypto keys, or bank credentials.

Shipping, Delivery & Lead Times

Lead Times

GOBI Racks are customized based on your selections when you place your order.

Lead times displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, seasonal demand, and material availability. For the most accurate lead time, contact:

Shipping Providers

Smaller accessories may ship through:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • DHL

Roof Racks and oversized items ship through Freight Carriers.

Because freight shipments require direct scheduling:

  • We do not provide a traditional tracking number
  • The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery
  • An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment

If the customer does not schedule or accept delivery:

  • After 2 weeks, storage fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer
  • After 15 days, the order will be considered abandoned

By placing an order, the customer agrees that abandoned orders:

  • Are not eligible for refunds
  • Are not eligible for replacements
  • Cannot be disputed through credit card chargebacks

Any fees for missed appointments, storage, rescheduling, or return-to-sender are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues

GOBI Racks is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Weather or transit-related delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
  • Incorrect customer-provided shipping addresses

Freight appointment scheduling is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Because all racks are customized at the time of order and are vehicle-specific.

  • Orders may not be cancelled once submitted
  • All sales are final

Returns

Returns are ONLY accepted if GOBI Racks shipped the incorrect product.

To qualify, the incorrect product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be approved for return ahead of time

Returns may be subject to restocking fees, unless the error was made by GOBI Racks.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom builds
  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged from improper installation
  • Items altered by vehicle modifications
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Process

If an exception is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item

Installation & Liability Disclaimer

Installation

GOBI Roof Racks and accessories are designed for easy, no-drill, no-modification installation.

Before installation:

  • Read the installation instructions fully
  • Decide whether you are comfortable installing the rack
  • Otherwise, seek professional installation

GOBI Racks recommends professional installation, depending on individual skill level.

Improper installation can result in:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Paint damage
  • Structural issues
  • Safety hazards

GOBI Racks is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect hardware usage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by exceeding load limits
  • Failure to follow instructions

Warranty

GOBI Racks offers a limited warranty covering only manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse
  • Damage due to exceeding load ratings
  • Altered or modified products
  • Cosmetic wear and tear

Intellectual Property

All content on gobiracks.com, including:

  • Images
  • Text
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Product designs

is owned by Intelligent Designs 2000 Corporation and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We may suspend accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.

  • Loss of cargo due to improperly secured gear
  • Incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Damage resulting from off-road use
  • Shipping delays or third-party carrier issues
  • Lost profits or business interruption

Your sole remedy is limited to replacement or refund for approved warranty claims.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOBI Racks from any claims arising from:

  • Improper installation
  • Vehicle misuse
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Overloading or unsafe operation

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms.
Any disputes must be resolved in Colorado courts.
