How soon will my order ship once I’ve placed my order?
Lead times may vary. Contact a GOBI representative for current lead times.

What happens if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify GOBI in writing immediately. A GOBI representative will work with you on how to proceed.

Does GOBI provide installs?
If you are a Colorado local or passing through, and your rack is ready, please call the GOBI office to arrange for an installation at our facility (by appointment only*).

Does GOBI ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. However, we recommend ordering from a GOBI vendor in Canada. Please contact a GOBI Sales Representative directly at 720-479-9372 to inquire or place International order(s).

Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, it cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Box Addresses.

Can I cancel my order?
ALL Sales Final: Due to the individual customization and fit of GOBI products, we emphasize that ALL sales of GOBI Racks are indeed final once payment information has been processed and approved, either through the website or with a GOBI representative. A payment receipt will be sent to the buyer (please check your spam and junk email folders to ensure receipt of your order and payment).

Do you have back stock inventory?
Depending on your customization options for your Year, Make and Model we may at times have Product in Inventory, Please contact us at customerservice@gobiracks.com or by phone at 720-479-9372 for the most accurate information.

Do I need to drill into my vehicle?
GOBI uses a Proprietary no drill mount system, assuring that you will never need to drill into your vehicle.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discovery, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal), and financing through Affirm. We also accept in-house cash payments for pick-up orders. (No check payments are accepted)

Why is my order “Unable to process Payment”?
GOBI sets enhanced security features that are in place to prevent credit card misuse/fraud.
We encourage you to check your payment details, please make that all billing information entered matches your credit card statement information. When does my order get charged?
Your order will be charged at the time you place your order through the website or when you order directly with a GOBI Representative over the phone. If you require additional arrangements, please contact a GOBI Sales Representative at 720-479-9372.

What are the current lead times?
GOBI manufactures all products at our facility located in Aurora, Colorado and our inventory changes daily, for accurate lead times please contact a GOBI Sales representative at 720-479-9372 or customerservice@gobiracks.com.

For GOBI Racks, the estimated shipping time is 4–8 weeks (depending on year, make and model and selected customized options). Before packing and releasing to the freight carrier, a GOBI representative will reach out to you to confirm important details of your order. This includes verifying fitments, build options, color choices, along with providing an updated estimate on shipping/delivery times. During this interaction, we will also address any adjustments or corrections needed for your order and confirm shipping details. Please note, no GOBI Rack order will be shipped without this verification process, ensuring accuracy and proper fitments of our GOBI products are top priority. If you wish to expedite this process, we encourage you to call us-this can help us process your order more quickly.

For GOBI gear, accessories, and ladders, shipping is managed through FEDEX. A tracking number will be sent to your email within 7-10 business days. In case of any queries or delays, we will reach out to you regarding your order.
