GOBI Racks Terms and Conditions

Upon placing your order and providing payment information over the phone with a GOBI Representative, you will receive an email confirmation of the item(s) ordered. This confirmation serves as a binding agreement between you, the buyer, and GOBI Racks. A GOBI Representative may contact you to verify important details, including but not limited to fitment, vehicle specifications, and shipping information. GOBI Customization and Fit:

GOBI products are meticulously crafted and customized to fit individual specifications. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete specifications and requirements at the time of placing the order.

Confirmation Process: We urge customers to review their orders carefully for accuracy. If you identify any discrepancies, it is essential to promptly notify GOBI Racks in writing at customerservice@gobiracks.com to request any necessary corrections.

Payment: Payment for your order must be provided as per the agreed terms and conditions. GOBI reserves the right to withhold shipment until payment has been received and cleared.

Deposits: For orders placed over the phone with a GOBI representative that involve deposits, such as roof racks, please be aware that ALL sales are agreed as final upon placement of the order and collection of payment information. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for GOBI Roof Racks. Failure to process payment may result in the inability to produce, pack, or release the order to the shipping company.

ALL Sales Final: Due to the individual customization and fit of GOBI products, we emphasize that ALL sales of GOBI Racks are indeed final once payment information has been processed and approved, either through the website or with a GOBI representative. A payment receipt will be sent to the buyer (please check your spam and junk email folders to ensure receipt of your order and payment).

Incorrect Product Shipment: In the event GOBI is responsible for shipping an incorrect product, we accept full responsibility and will promptly reship the correct product to you, at our expense.

Customer’s Error in Ordering: If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the incorrect product to GOBI at their own expense. Once GOBI receives the item(s) and verifies that they are undamaged and in undamaged condition, arrangements will be made to reship the correct item(s) at the cost of the customer (buyer).
