Return Process

If you need to initiate a return and it is authorized by Management, please adhere to the following guidelines: Return Location: You must return the item(s) to GOBI Racks at the following address: 14509 E 33rd Place Unit E, Aurora, CO 80011.

Shipping Cost: The customer is solely responsible for covering the shipping cost of the returned item(s) unless responsibility falls under GOBI Racks due to a mistake on our part.

Condition of Item: It is crucial to return the item in its original condition, without any damage or missing parts/components.

Inspection and Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will carefully inspect it. Any agreed-upon charges will be deducted, and we will promptly reship the correct item(s) to you.

Communication Policy: To ensure clear and documented correspondence, GOBI requires that all communication related to exchanges and the return process be conducted in writing. Please direct all written communications regarding returns to customerservice@gobiracks.com.

Refunds

Refund Process: If GOBI Racks determines that a refund is approved or required, please consider the following policy: Processing Time: Refunds may take up to ten business days to be reflected in your statement.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds for credit card payments will ONLY be issued to the original credit card provided during the purchase.

Other Payment Methods: Refunds for alternative payment methods will be processed using the same method initially provided.
