All sales of our products are final due to their customized features/fit. To initiate the processing and shipment of your order, full payment is required. Each item is tailored to your specific preferences, including custom fabrication, if necessary.

For GOBI Racks, the Estimate shipping time is 6-8 weeks. If you require any changes to this order, please email us at customerservice@gobiracks.com as soon as possible.

For GOBI ladders, accessories, and GOBI gear, shipping Estimate is 7-10 business days small products are shipped through FEDEX. A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is ready to ship. In case of any delays, we will make our best effort to contact you, however, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at any time.
